These terms govern your use of prabhavagroups.dev (the "Site"), operated by Prabhava Groups. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The service

The Site offers free, browser-based developer tools and educational articles. We may add, change or remove tools and content at any time without notice.

2. No warranty, and verify before you deploy

The tools and guides are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Outputs such as cron explanations, subnet calculations and generated configuration files are aids, not substitutes for professional judgement. Always review and test generated output in a safe environment before using it in production. You are solely responsible for how you use it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • attempt to disrupt the Site or its hosting, or bypass any technical protections;
  • scrape the Site at a rate that degrades service for others;
  • use the Site to violate any law or the rights of others; or
  • click on or generate ad impressions or clicks artificially, or encourage others to.

4. Your content

Data you enter into a tool is processed locally in your browser and is not transmitted to us. You retain all rights to it. Output generated from your input belongs to you.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, guides and source code are owned by or licensed to Prabhava Groups and are protected by copyright. You may link to any page and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not republish guides in full or present them as your own without permission.

6. Advertising and third-party services

The Site may display advertisements from Google AdSense and may link to third-party websites. We do not endorse advertisers or external sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Our Privacy Policy explains how advertising cookies work and how to control them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prabhava Groups and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
